Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good. Instead of cooking chicken in the butter, I boiled it. I also used Eggbeaters instead of the egg mix to brush pastry with and Laughing Cow cheese wedges on the inside. Reduced calories to 420 per serving. Will probably use two LC cheese wedges in each next time for more flavor.
