You HAVE to rinse the noodles 3-4 times in cold water then par boil them and dry.I hated these the first time I tried it. Had the alfredo tonight fantastic for low carb and calories. For non meat eaters like myself with a gardein chicket cutlet great option.
Props to those of you who can stand to eat the shirataki noodles, but i can't stand them, and i'm not a picky eater by any means! They literally have the texture of worms,and they have a somewhat rubbery texture. I could see this being good with another brand of low carb noodles, but not these.
This HG recipe is pretty darn good for 92 calories. I made it for the first time today with Soy Parmesan and it was very tasty for a day when I was close to the edge ofmy calorie limit. Thanks for listing it on Spark.
