YUM. I used oj + lemon juice because we didn't have any lime. I added rice wine vinegar (cause I didn't' read the recipe closely enough). I also subbed some maple syrup for the sugar just for fun. Very good, tons of flavor. I bet this would be amazing with some chopped cilantro on top. Thanks!
