I was going to post a similar recipe when I saw this one. I got lazy and used Kraft Low fat Philly Chive & Onion, 6 slices of cucumber (40 gms) on an Arnolds Whole Wheat round. Same calorie count with less work! Went to a High Tea yesterday and recreated it today. Great and quick.
