Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used a little less bread crumbs just to save on calories. It tastes great!
I couldn't find the bread crumbs the recipe called for so I used the regular bread crumbs, would anyone know how that affected the recipe calorie wise
I used some chopped onion in mine, and used Miracle Whip Light, since I did not have any fat free. Thought the patties were quite good,
Hello,
I love this recipe. Low in calories and very nice with couscous and vegetable.
Thank you for sharing.
I checked on the calories and the ones listed in this recipe are a bit lower than what I figured: 136 calories.
The Bumblebee salmon lists 90 calories for 1/7th of a can. 3 pieces bread = 210 divided by 7 = 30. Fat free mayo = 11 and 1/7th of 2 egg whites is 5 for a total of 136.
I love these! So easy to split the recipe. (I am cooking for one!) I also added onion and reduced the amount of the fat free dressing. I also use 1 whole egg and fewer breadcrumbs. I bet adding Old Bay would be yummy!
Yummo! I wasn't able to get 7 servings out of this but it's still low in calories. I made the patties then put them in the freezer for 1/2 hours to firm up before frying.
I love it because it is low in calorie and simple. I would add some vegetable on this dish.
