Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I replaced all the flour with whole wheat flour and the sugar with Whey Low (a natural sugar substitute). I also added a cup of shredded carrots and half a cup of walnuts. This was a good recipe that I will make again. Very moist.
Altered this slightly with splenda brown-sugar blend instead of brown sugar and splenda (white) instead of sugar. May explain why this bread hardly rose. Also, had to add more apple sauce; the batter was quite dry! Quite delicious, but does have a slight after taste. But it's probably less calories!
