249 mg of sodium for 2 TBSP of dressing is outrageous. It makes a healthy salad unhealthy. Dijon mustard also has a lot of sodium.

Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium.
My husband has been trying different recipes for this type of dressing, and this is his favorite! We gradually modified the recipe until we are now using full fat Greek yogurt and lilke it. We also use low sodium teriyaki sauce to replace the soy sauce.
