Good recipe, but I changed some things. I made a white sauce & once it thickened I turned off the heat & added my leftover shredded cheddar cheese (I only had 4 oz.) I mixed mac., sauce, & a 1/2 c. of milk. I kept about 3 T. of cheese & mixed with crumbled saltines, & parm. cheese for topping.
