I tried this recipe tonight after reading it here and it seemed so simple and I had all the ingredients needed. It was sooo good! I had some on it's own to try and it was delicious then added some frozen yogurt. Excellent low calorie dessert! Submitted by:

This is a fantastic way to satsify a sweet tooth in a healthy way. Yum!

I used Haagan Daz dulce de leche (2.5 grams of fat) and this was soooooo good! Really lets you know you can eat healthier and lighter without sacrificing taste. This recipe definitely lends itself to a healthier lifestyle, and not just a diet. Submitted by:
