I tried this recipe tonight after reading it here and it seemed so simple and I had all the ingredients needed. It was sooo good! I had some on it's own to try and it was delicious then added some frozen yogurt. Excellent low calorie dessert! Submitted by:

This is a fantastic way to satsify a sweet tooth in a healthy way. Yum!
I replaced the frozen yogurt with Greek yogurt - even fewer calories and delicious!

I used Haagan Daz dulce de leche (2.5 grams of fat) and this was soooooo good! Really lets you know you can eat healthier and lighter without sacrificing taste. This recipe definitely lends itself to a healthier lifestyle, and not just a diet. Submitted by:

THAT was GOOD!! How can something that simple be that good?! It tasted like bananas foster.....cant wait to make it again tomorrow night. I did use 1tsp brown sugar instead of honey and 1/2 cup of slow churned vanilla bean ice cream. Submitted by:

Delicious for something so simple and low in calories. This has become my go-to snack whenever I'm craving dessert. Thanks for posting it.

For others: I've noticed it's important to make sure the bananas are fully ripe. I also like adding just a few chopped peanuts for some crunch and flavour.

This is so quick and really delicious. I didn't use frozen yogurt but a nonfat Greek-style yogurt instead. It was still EXCELLENT! Nice low-cal treat. Submitted by:

i can't believe how good this is. i was skeptical and so was my boyfriend so we shared a bowl..not a good idea...had to make another one. I think i used more cinnamon and a low fat vanilla frozen yogurt was amazing..i'm usually an ice cream girl but will convert now. Yum! Submitted by:
