a zip-top plastic bag or tightly covered container.
Store in the refrigerator.
2. When ready to cook, bring 3/4 cup water to
boil on the stove or in the microwave. Place 3/4
cup of the oatmeal mix in a bowl, pour the boiling
water over, stir, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Note: Add more water if you prefer thinner oats,
or use half milk and half water for richer oats and
a boost of protein.
