Wow! This was the absolute best pie I've ever made! Definitely the easiest, too! It was so fresh-tasting, without being weighted down by cornstarch or too much sugar. I no longer do crusts of any kind. I just do the cherry filling in a mug and cook it in the microwave. Lots less carbs and fats. And I keep on losing weight while having food fun. That works for me. Submitted by:
