Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This looks like something I would like to make, but I'm surprised that the fiber content is that low. I guess it could be upped with a couple of additions like shredded carrots and old-fashioned oatmeal.
SHARIZ - Just click on the "Ingredient Detail" link under the nutrition counter. It says she put in 1.92 c. of zucchini.
Very delicious!!Used maple and brown sugar oatmeal.
Super great! Wonderful texture and a great combination of veggies. I used egg substitute and they turned out great and even less colesterol and fat. Great for breakfast and snacks on the go. Perfect fit for my busy lifestyle.
Awesome, I don't like zucchini, but you can't even taste it in this recipe. I added Fiber Sure to it to give it an extra boost of fiber. Thanks for submitting it! :)
