I made this today but omitted the butter. It was really good! I've already made it up for tomorrow but decreased the amount of walnuts to 3 Tbsp and increased the amount of b. sugar to 1 1/2 tsp (again omitting the butter). I'd like to try adding dried fruit too! Thanks for the recipe!
