Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My family LOVES this!! I modified with an all natural ham (no additives) using sea salt in the ham, so MUCH lower in sodium. I also used my store brand "heart healthy" cheddar cheese canned soup, so lower in sodium, as well. I did add about half a soup can of water, so nothing stuck. Yummy!!
My family and I enjoyed this recipe, we thought that it tasted very good, but I have to agree with the above posts that the meal was very mushy, and it is extremely high in sodium (that happens when working with ham). Over all, I believe that I would make this meal again.
Yum and super easy! Love it...and with my low blood pressure....love the sodium! Easy, kids love it, and the calories are just right. Thanks for sharing!
I don't understand the bad feedback?! I've made this (almost) exact same thing sooo many times and LOVE it!! As far as the sodium goes, well just make substitutions for yourself...or drink lots of water. I don't think it's right to rate it as bad because it has more sodium than you agree with!!
terrible sodium, low nutrition i would puff like a ballon after eating this
