Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The only thing I do differently is I use Fiber One Cereal to make my crumbs, and I bake them eggplant in the oven with cooking spray at 375 for 35 miutes, turn them and cook them 15 more... Put a little sauce on each, and then a little cheese, and put back in the oven until cheese is melted. Good!!
