Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The sodium is 2 /12 times my daily maximum, but I can use my own spices with no salt!
used the low sodium taco seasoning
I've been making this soup/chili since 2001. I switched up a 40-30-30 recipe. I make my own taco seasoning to reduce the sodium, no ranch dressing (nothing packaged) or olives, black beans, minced garlic, LS chicken stock (depends on meat) instead of water, celery & fire-roasted tomatoes + Rotel.
This looks great. I will be making this week-end. However I will leave the olives out (not a fan) and I am going to use home made taco seasoning to reduce the sodium. Thanks for sharing!
