This was good, but I'll admit I didn't have any fresh ginger so used ground, dried ginger. And I used Lite Soy Sauce. I loved the veggie part of this, but not so much the round steak--no flavor (prefer flank steak). I added salt (which it's clear you tried to avoid) and, to me, it was much better.
