Nice, but I skipped the feta cheese. Too salty for my taste. I just added more mozzarella.
I used large whole wheat tortilla that I crisped in frying pan as pizza dough then spread the above prepared veggies and small amount of sauce on it... less calories and I could have much more
16 servings? It seems to me that the servings would be very small. While 171 calories doesn't sound like much, if we eat two or three of these small servings it's no longer low calorie.
Changed a few of the ingredients so that it fits our nutritional needs. Very good.
