Great idea to marinate chops,had Greek plain nonfat yogurt & used 1/4, 1/2 panko, 1/3 cornflakes.Added 2 Tab grated parmesan to coating.I am a fan of Penzeys herbs and used various of theirs-like Northwoods and Mitchel Street,Baked on a cookie rack on tray till 145 internal temp Loved it-thanks! Curious about calorie discrepancy so I looked it up. She specifies lean chops, fat trimmed off. "Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 4 oz" is 239 calories, 11.5g fat. Cereals 30 cal and most milk/egg not eaten so actually FEWER cals than given! Personally I will not throw away the nutrition of a whole egg so there are no egg white only directions in my recipes which are not about meringue. Why use evaporated skim milk when non fat buttermilk will cause better adhesion of the coating and actually does not required the added egg. Submitted by:

It was decent. I don't know why all that milk is included in the nutritional content because most of it goes down the drain after soaking the pork in it. And I wouldn't even bother with the milk the next time, I don't see any use for it. Just dredge the chops in egg whites. Submitted by:

I used whole eggs and left out the cornflakes. Also can't get evaporated skim milk here, so I used normal lowfat milk. It was so incredible that even my BF said it is better than fried! Will definitely make it again and again! Thanks for sharing this recipe! Submitted by:
