Great idea to marinate chops,had Greek plain nonfat yogurt & used 1/4, 1/2 panko, 1/3 cornflakes.Added 2 Tab grated parmesan to coating.I am a fan of Penzeys herbs and used various of theirs-like Northwoods and Mitchel Street,Baked on a cookie rack on tray till 145 internal temp Loved it-thanks! Curious about calorie discrepancy so I looked it up. She specifies lean chops, fat trimmed off. "Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 4 oz" is 239 calories, 11.5g fat. Cereals 30 cal and most milk/egg not eaten so actually FEWER cals than given!
