Theses are good; a little salty. I think I would rinse the crabmeat to get all of the salt off. Maybe some more garlic or other seasoning because they were a little bit bland.
I was a total junkie for these (in their nasty MSG laden deep fat fried form) back before I changed my eating habits, and I missed them. These are AWESOME and don't leave you with that heavy, greasy version the restaurant ones do.
