Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Awesome recipe! Easy to fix (kids would probably like making and eating it) and is very appealing to the non-dieting part of the family. Used fat free milk; milk seems to make the eggs pretty fluffy (yum). Also used chopped bell pepper and chives as we had no spinach the day we made it.
