I didn't think I'd like peaches in a smoothie but I love them!!! I threw in one peach, about 20 blueberries, (yesterday I even added 3 strawberries. Any seasonal fruit or just the peach alone is fine.) I used skim milk, ice cubes, and lowfat vanilla yogurt. (Today I used plain yogurt.)
