Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was absolutely delicious. I didn't think it was time-consuming to prep other than trimming all the fat from the meat. I had it for dinner last night and lunch today, and it's terrific as leftovers; my husband and daughter loved it too. Going to freeze half for another time. Thanks!
This recipe was great! I used a 4 pound brisket and it came out beautiful. My husband couldn't stop eating it. It was also the first time I ever bbqed anything in a crock pot. I love bbqing in the crock pot. Next time I'll try pork. By the way, love it that it's lower in sodium that other recipe
