This was quick and delicious! I added a jar of no salt added sliced mushrooms and served it over steamed cauliflower.
It's great tasting and low on calories! My fiance requests this recipe EVERY time I make a meal plan for the week!

I ended up making it with beef gravy the first time because I misread the recipe. It adds a few more calories, but I think it's definitely worth it!
This made it feel like I wasn't even watching my calories! SO GOOD! A hit with dh too!
