I give it 5 stars BUT the calorie information is inaccurate. They are actually 84.1 calories per pancake. A serving of 3 is only 252.1 calories. I topped it with a dollop of Greek yogurt, blueberries & raspberries. :)
I made these for dinner on Shrove Tuesday and the family LOVED them! So good, just a little swipe of low-fat margarine, didn't even need the maple syrup. Thank you!!!
