Xcellant muffins, tasty, low fat, low calorie. Make these quite often.
applesauce is used instead of fat like oil or butter, margarine etc..must try this one for my husband who doesn't eat b'fast unless it is in the car......
Why the molasses? Molasses comes from sugar cane & burnt sugar.
Yummy! I made these and added 2 tablespoons Splenda Brown sugar blend for a little extra sweetening. Just enough without leaving an aftertaste. Thank you for sharing this great recipe!
