This was really good, but next time I think I will add 1/2 can of pumpkin. I also crushed some graham crackers and sprinkled on top. A little dollop of Cool Whip would be good too! I calculated the 1 c. serving size w/graham cracker to be 150 calories.
This is actually quite good, and a great calorie substitute. I made it a second time and whipped in some low fat cream cheese and that was yummy too. Thanks for sharing.
