I made this for dinner and it was tasty. When it was almost done, I used two forks to pull it apart like pulled pork. I had my serving with a tortilla and a spoon of low fat sour cream. This will be my recipe of choice for pork tenderloin. Bonus: the leftovers will be my lunch tomorrow.
