I used 2 c Pamela's GF pancake baking mix, rice milk, no * ingredients (optional), agave syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, 350 temp, spray-on olive oil in pan (didn't dust). Due to high altitude, foil method caused total bake time = 68 min. Decadent texture (from foil), like pound cake! 5 great results 5 tries
