Introduction

Makes a nice, light snack. Great crunch and flavor, without the guilt of potato chips! Try wth different seasonings. Makes a nice, light snack. Great crunch and flavor, without the guilt of potato chips! Try wth different seasonings.

Ingredients

    4 cups of kale
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Remove kale from the inner stem and cut/rip into chip-sized pieces. Place into a bowl or plastic bag.

Add olive oil & toss. Spread kale on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 250 for about 10-15 minutes, until the edge of the leaves are browned, but not burnt. Let cool and enjoy!
