Ingredients

    8 oz pasta, cooked
    1 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp honey mustard salad dressing
    1/4 cup onion, sliced
    1 carrot
    1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
    1/4 cup tomato, chopped or sliced

Directions

Mix mayonnaise and honey mustard into pasta until coated, chop all vegetables, and mix into pasta thoroughly.

    This is another great base recipe. I gave it some zip with Zatarain’s Creole Mustard, the carrots were used but they were in the Broccoli slaw and rinsed pinto beans (protein). Thanks I will make this again, I did make the recipe as was given, then I played with my food. - 3/13/11
