I got this recipe out of my Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook but substituted turkey for ground beef. Its pretty good but much better the next day. Also instead of baking the spaghetti squash I just stabbed holes in it with a sharp knife and put it in the microwave for 15 minutes. Very Tasty! - 9/17/07
