Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pints strawberries
    1 T granulated sugar
    1 tub fat free whipped topping
    10 inch angel food cake

Directions

Rinse strawberries under cool running water. Remove stems and cut into chunks. Add sugar. Stir and lightly smash berries. Refrigerate for an hour. Slice angel food cake in to 12 pieces. Lay one slice of cake in bowl and top with 1/2 cup strawberries. Top it with 2 Tbsp Cool Whip. ENJOY!

    Love this receipe. Very light an refreshing. I took my slice of cake cut in hafe, spooned the strawberries between the cake.... added my top and cool whip between both slices. I went ahead a addes 2 more tablespoons.... It was a wonderful mother's day treat. - 5/11/07
