    1 15oz can of crushed pineapple
    1 eggs
    1/4 cup pecans

Directions

mix together with mixer. then place in a cake prepare cake pan and bake in 350 oven until a toothpick comes out clean.

    The recipe was good, but the cake was a little crumbly. Also, by my calculations the nutritional values posted are not correct. I got that it was about 200 calories for 1/12 of the cake. - 8/27/07

    You can also make this with a box of Angel foor cake mix
    and leave out the nuts add a few chopped cherries and a dalop of fat free cool whip.

    This was so easy to make and delicious! I used a butter pecan cake mix because I couldn't find the spice cake mix, but I will definitely try it with the spice cake mix! - 8/5/07
