Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders, trimmed
    2 T. Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing
    1/2 C. Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    10 sprays Parkay Spray Margarine

Directions

Place chicken tenders in ziploc bag, pour in dressing. Squeeze air out of bag and massage dressing into chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll chicken tenders in bread crumbs; place on large cookie sheet. Mist with Parkay spray.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Excellent with other dressings as well; experiment until you find what works best for you!

Use as an appetizer or on top of a salad for a great all in one meal.

    Loved it. I did modify by making my own Italian dressing and I used fat free seasoned croutons crushed forthe bread crumbs. Easy and fast and good. Just the way family likes it! I served it as main course with tossed salad and steamed fresh green beans. - 3/15/08

    It was great. I cut-up 1 serving and added it to 2 cups of romaine with oranges and a vinegar & oil dressing for lunch. - 2/27/08
