    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Flaxseed, 1 cup (remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, 6 oz, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Mix and blend and enjoy. Add couple of ice cubes to your blender as well.
