Wow! My family Loved this! I put it in the crockpot (except cornstarch and rice). I added the cornstarch 10 minutes before eating it to thicken it up a bit. Because I put it in the CP, I was able to eliminate the oil. I substituted Splenda. I served it with brown rice and steamed broccoli. - 2/26/13

This was great! I cooked my chicken in broth the night before then reheated it w/ the sauce the next day. I added broccoli & sugar snap peas and served it all over brown rice. I did double the sauce but I ended up w/more than 4 servings due to the additions. Can't wait for leftovers tonight! - 9/9/10

My friend and I made this dish and it was fabulous it tasted just like chinese food you buy at the take out place. In stead of cubing it up we just left the chicken whole and served it on the side with stteamed veggies...mmmmm delish!! - 9/16/10

This is by far the BEST weight watchers recipe I have found yet. I served this with rice and broccoli and was stuffed after just one serving of both, and extra broccoli; which is rare for me since I started this diet. Thanks so much for the fantastic recipe!! - 8/23/12

This was AMAZING! I doubled the red pepper because I like it spicy. I didn't add vegetables this time but next time I make it I plan to add sugar snap peas, carrots, and other vegetables. I also froze some to use as lunches for work. Haven't nuked it yet, but I'm sure it will hold up well. - 3/1/11

My husband is a traditional General Tso's Chicken fanatic. This receipe won him over and it has a lot less calories and fat. I love it with brown rice and broccoli. - 1/16/11

This dish was amazing! After I made it I thought "what small portions" but I was so full I couldn't finish my one serving. It was very filling and satisfying. I had made a small side salad to go with it and didn't finish that either! Will definitely make this one again! - 11/1/10

This was good but not near what you get at the Chinese takeout. It was too salty, even using low sodium Soy Sauce and reduced sodium Chicken broth, but my DH disagreed. I would like to try with Honey instead of sugar and maybe some Splenda to up the sweetness. It's usually sweeter. - 10/28/10

This recipe is fantastic! Thanks so much for posting it. Like others, I added chopped green onions in the browning process (with the chicken) and then, at the end, added chopped fresh broccoli. Really delicious and so easy and quick! - 10/11/10
