Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Really good! I made it with Truvia brown sugar blend, real ginger, and no cornstarch. Very low cal and low carb, but tons of flavor.
This was great! It didn't taste like general's spot on but it packed good flavor for such few calories. Added broccoli and brown rice. Yum!
I used no sugar apricot preserves instead of sugar, it made a big difference. Delicious!
This was AMAZING! I doubled the red pepper because I like it spicy. I didn't add vegetables this time but next time I make it I plan to add sugar snap peas, carrots, and other vegetables. I also froze some to use as lunches for work. Haven't nuked it yet, but I'm sure it will hold up well.
My husband is a traditional General Tso's Chicken fanatic. This receipe won him over and it has a lot less calories and fat. I love it with brown rice and broccoli.
This was good but not near what you get at the Chinese takeout. It was too salty, even using low sodium Soy Sauce and reduced sodium Chicken broth, but my DH disagreed. I would like to try with Honey instead of sugar and maybe some Splenda to up the sweetness. It's usually sweeter.
Really really yummy! I think I have made this before from my weight watchers cook book. I added some broccoli, peppers and a few onions and tossed in a few unsalted cashews. It was amazing! Also so super easy and quick to make!
This was great! I cooked my chicken in broth the night before then reheated it w/ the sauce the next day. I added broccoli & sugar snap peas and served it all over brown rice. I did double the sauce but I ended up w/more than 4 servings due to the additions. Can't wait for leftovers tonight!
This was really good and spicy! We added sugar snap peas and scallions for some crunch.
