    Incredible!
These were awesome, and I don't really like egg rolls. Instead of using cole slaw, I just used all broccoli cole slaw mix.... yum! - 2/7/08

I am wonderering if these could be made ahead and finished in the microwave. Does anyone know. - 11/20/07

    Very Good
I substituted bean sprouts for broccoli slaw, omitted the mushrooms. I added 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp ginger paste and some soy sauce to taste. Still it was a little bit bland. I'll add onion next time I make it. I steamed the veggies in a covered frying pan rather than stir fry them. - 10/9/07

I've heard that Polaner Sugar free Apricot preserves heated up makes a nice dipping sauce - 9/10/07

    Incredible!
These are wonderful! I have been baking my eggrolls and wontons/dumplings for years :) I'm glad to see I am not the only one doing this. Speaking of a dipping sauce, jarred sweet and sour sauce is wonderful for dipping these in! - 8/9/07

This looked really good .. I would have to alter the recipe to make smaller portions of it. However, I do like it .. and I will come back to it later. - 6/17/07
