Ingredients

    1- 32 oz Non-Fat Yogurt.
    2 boxes of sugar free - fat free instant pudding, cheesecake flavored.
    1 - 8oz tub of Cool Whip (sugar free or fat free).
    1 - 20oz can of Dole Crushed Pineapple (drained of juice).
    1 - 10.5 oz can of Mandarin Orange Segments in pear juice.

Directions

Stir both boxes of pudding into yogurt with whip until mixed well.
Fold in tub of Cool Whip until blended.
Fold in pineapple and mandarin oranges (drained of juices) until mixed well.
Makes 14 - 1/2 cup servings.
