reminded me of what I do, almost the same but add a 1 tbs of chili paste and 3tsp of soy sauce...makes it intesting. also use this on salads and a dip for shrimp cocktail. - 7/20/09

Very starchy (carby). "Low-fat" anything means starch replaces healthy fat. The Ranch Dip Mix contains starch. Yes, not many carb grams per serving but why not use full-fat Greek yogurt. Then the carbs are about as low as they can get and it'll taste better too. No such thing as low-carb & low-fat. - 1/15/12

This dip is delicious and a little goes a long way. It has a very intense flavor, which means I don't need to pile it on my veggies! Love it and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a ranch alternative! - 3/20/11

This dip is perfect. I love to take veggies and dip to parties or any socials like church. They don't always provide something low calorie so I take something that I like, and can eat without feeling guilty, and my own drinks. Thank you. - 1/30/10
