Ingredients

    3 Small Sweet Potatoes
    1/2 Machintosh Apple
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1 Stick Light Butter
    Cinnamon (add to your taste preference)

Directions

Preheat over to 425 degrees

Melt butter in shallow baking dish, add splenda and cinnamon, set aside.

Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and apple, add to butter mixture... Be sure to coat well!

Cook for 30 minutes at 425

    this is delish!!!!!! I cut out the butter and used butter flavor cooking spray and just sprinkled the cin and "sugar" on top. SOOOOO GOOD! will def. make again! - 9/21/11
