Introduction

This pizza is a combination of all breakfast faves. Goes great with muffins and/or fruit, but is also wonderful served by itself. Gravy is the pizza sauce and crescent roll is the dough. Ingredients

    1 sheet Pillsbury Crescent Dough sheet
    1/2 c country gravy mix, prepared
    2 oz cheddar
    3 Morningstar Original Sausage patties, diced
    1/2 c egg substitute, scrambled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Unroll pastry dough and cook 5 minutes until dough is set. Remove from oven.

Spread 1/2 cup country gravy over dough. Sprinkle cheese.

Cover with diced sausage patties and scrambled egg substitute.

Cook 10-15 minutes, until sausage patties are hot and crust is golden.

Makes 8 servings.

    Incredible!
    This was pretty good! I used all the same ingredients, I just cooked them a little different. I cooked the sausage, then crumbled it and added it to the gravy once the gravy was made. I simmered it together, then added it to the crust. Scrambled the eggs and added them. We loved it. - 4/23/18
