I love this recipe. I love turkey and I added a tomato along with the cheese, turkey, and grilled it together. Instead of the American cheese I used low-fat swiss. Yum! And, whipped up some homemade honey mustard dip. 1tsp each of mustard, mayo, and honey. Yummy! Try is some time. - 9/11/10

I was looking for a healthier grilled cheese option and stumbled upon this. Great idea to use the cooking spray! Thanks! - 7/14/10

    Good
Can actually lower the fat a little more, if you're okay with the taste, by doing the sandwich panini-style on a George Foreman grill or sandwich grill with no spray, butter, mayo, etc. - 8/6/12

    Incredible!
    A great recipe.
I used the Alpine lace reduced fat and sodium cheese.
    It came out fantastic.

This also can be made by spreading a thin layer of lite mayo on the bread instead of spraying pam. - 8/14/10

Very good. I couldn't taste the difference between using pam spray instead of butter. I did use part-skim mozzarella instead of American and added some fresh spinach. It was a delicious lunch! - 2/9/10

Yummy...I made this before and it is good. It is also good if you substitute ham in the place of turkey. - 12/29/07
