Finally, a turkey meatloaf that is flavorful and moist! And so easy to throw together. I love the built in portion control, too. I followed the recipe exactly, cooked it at 375 for around 35 minutes, and it was perfect. This is a definite addition to my dinner rotation. - 2/1/09

This was a great recipe. It was simple to make and tasted great. Note: frozen and reheated servings were a little too dry compaired to fresh out of oven. - 11/12/07

I cut the recipe in half an made 9 mini loaves. I baked mine at 375 for about 30 min (since previous rating cooked theirs at 350 for 45 min). I love having portion control. They came out great. I'll try freezing some. - 9/9/07

These are so yummy and easy to make. I used my boyfriend's homemade sauce, a little cayenne and dried peppers for an extra kick. I could eat these every day for lunch.

    Good
It was pretty good; but a little dry. It is possible I overcooked them. I also found there was a little too much oatmeal; but again that could just be me. I love the concept and will likely try out variations of this recipe. - 6/19/08

I love this recipe! I have shared it with countless people who all enjoy it as much as I do. I love the idea of making it in the muffin pans for portion control.
I make them and freeze the individual loaves. I try to always have some in my freezer.

I baked this @350 for about 45 and it was yummy! I bagged the rest by portions and froze all for late use. Great for when you are on the run - 8/24/07

This sounds great. but can you use ground chuck. Also, what temp should you cook it and do you freeze it after cooked or before? - 8/21/07

I would like to try this but I'm not much of a cook. Do you cook the oatmeal first or mix it in dry? - 8/21/07

I made this with ground turkey breast so it made it a little dry, but that was my fault. I guessed at the temp to cook at though! **giggles** Otherwise, I liked it and so did my kids and that's amazing in itself! - 8/18/07

I love this one. It makes excellent lunch servings and freezes well. I make them in the larger size muffin pan, so each serving is a 1.5 - 7/30/07
