Introduction
These are great for induction phase one! Just have one for breakfast for only 1.4 carbs! Very filling and delicious. Refrigerate the rest for breakfast another day. Ingredients

1 lb sausage, bacon, or ham cooked and crumbled
8 oz. (approx 8 Tbsp) shredded cheese.
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Using large muffin tin, spray with Pam then divide meat evenly into each opening. Top with cheese equally divided into each muffin tin. Mix 4 whole eggs with 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. Pour over meat/cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
