I loved it. I put more honey and less mustard, Iined the pan with foil and covered the pan and chicken with foil then baked it for30 mins then 15mins on other side. I then poured out the juice from the pan to use for gravy. Then baked the chicken for another 5 min on each side without ther foil. - 1/3/09

So yummy and easy!!! I made it with Grey Poupon instead of regular mustard to give it a little spicy kick. FABULOUS!!!! I think that I am going to make a bunch of the sauce and keep in the frig to put on chicken in wraps or on salads. Thanks for sharing!! - 5/15/09

This was really good. The only thing I will change next time is to have a little bit more honey then mustard to give it a slightly sweeter taste.

Everyone loved it even my pickly 13 year old who refuses to eat most foods!

Yummy. Chicken was very juicy, honey-mustard flavor was just right. Would definitely line the pan with foil next time - it's going to be a monster to clean... - 4/14/08

This is very good. I cut up the chicken with some salad greens turned it into a wrap. Simple recipe too, using ingredients I keep on hand which makes it perfect! - 2/2/08

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe as is. Even better, I had leftovers - diced them up and tossed them in the fridge. Delicious on a pita with lettuce and tomato (and budding ham on a splurge day!). - 1/25/10

This was good. I ate it with a salad and cheesy baked cauliflower (steam head, put in bake dish, rub with dijon, sprinkle with cheddar, bake at 350, 10 min.) which complimented it nicely. No clean up prob. Used Pampered Chef scraper/cleaner for stoneware (on glassware). Cleaned right up! - 8/10/09

This was fantastic! My only complaint is that the serving size is not specified. Chicken breast sizes vary widely, and I eat a much smaller portion than this calorie count would indicate. I made it with agave nectar instead of honey. It was definitely a hit! - 4/23/09

Great flavor! Definitely going to make this again. I used above with 6 breast halves so it reduced the sauce (to save on calories) and it was still good! Paprika bottle said "heat sensitive, only add just before serving" so I skipped that ingredient all together. Great recipe! - 11/10/08

I made this tonight and it's delicious! I cut each of the 3 chick breasts in half since my calorie budget was small. Hubby likes it, too. Pan clean-up was a bit of work, but easy prep and worth it. Served with bulgur wheat & a salad. I'll make it again! - 12/20/07

Skinless, boneless, definitely done in 30 minutes, not 40-45. I did 15 on each side and it came out pretty well. Might try adding just a smidgeon more honey next time. - 3/16/15

I used honey and dijon mustard, and it came out just right. I drizzled the additional sauce from the pan over the dish as I served it. - 6/23/13

This had a nice flavor. I used a B/S breast & baked for 40 total mins and it came out rather dry, so I'll decrease it next time. Also, I was hoping the sauce would carmelize & bake into the chicken as it cooked and then cooled, but it didn't for me-it was more like dipping chicken into honey mustard - 12/13/12

This was a delicious first spark recipie for me to try. My son even loved it and he's become a pretty picky eater. I added a little more honey than mustard, but that was the only variation to the recipie I made. Wonderful! - 2/28/12

Fabulous recipe! I used huge chicken breasts including bone and skin and they were perfect. If I try again using boneless, skinless breasts as the recipe calls for I will not cook as long as the recipe requires or they will be overcooked. Aluminum foil saved a big cleanup - good idea. - 2/11/12
