Ingredients

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

I loved it. I put more honey and less mustard, Iined the pan with foil and covered the pan and chicken with foil then baked it for30 mins then 15mins on other side. I then poured out the juice from the pan to use for gravy. Then baked the chicken for another 5 min on each side without ther foil. - 1/3/09

This had a nice flavor. I used a B/S breast & baked for 40 total mins and it came out rather dry, so I'll decrease it next time. Also, I was hoping the sauce would carmelize & bake into the chicken as it cooked and then cooled, but it didn't for me-it was more like dipping chicken into honey mustard - 12/13/12
