    Incredible!
YUM! I made this as written & we LOVED IT. It was so filling & delicious & can be changed with seasonal veggies. I had a little trouble with rolling out the dough. I also sprinkled a little organic corn meal down before rolling to help with not sticking. Served with some marinara sauce for dipping. - 8/7/14

    Very Good
So good! And SO FAST and easy to make! Sauteeing the veggies made my whole house smell good.

I added 1/2 cup red bell pepper to add a bit more flavor to the veggie mix.

    Thanks for posting!

    Very Good
Very tasty! Added mushrooms and 2 extra cloves garlic and spaghetti sauce on the side for dipping. Had trouble rolling out the dough, though. Next time I'll freeze it a few minutes first. - 4/8/08

    Good
This is a really fun recipe to make, easy also. I will make it again with different vegetables and cheeses. I found this particular combination too bland for my taste. Perhaps more garlic, some mushrooms. Thanks for sharing! - 12/11/07

    Incredible!
I just made this recipe and it was a great dinner. The only problem was trying to keep from eating too much of it! I made one with cheese (for me) and one without cheese for my husband because he doesn't eat dairy. A great meal for both of us! I loved the asparagus! - 10/3/07

I can attest that this recipe is very versatile. I made mine with a green pepper, mushrooms, tomato and cheddar cheese. Unfortunately the kids turned their noses up at it-- but dh and I both thought it was delicious! - 10/2/07
