An easy stew in just 3 steps! An easy stew in just 3 steps!Ingredients
- low fat cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups frozen sliced okra
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Spray a large saucepan wth low fat cooking spray.
2. Add okra, corn, tomatoes and basil then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until okra is tender.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.

I love recipes that are easy and this one is perfect for that reason. Next I love this recipoe because the flavour is awesome. Even my husband and son enjoyed it. I had to make a double batch so they could have some too.
