I substituted onion and garlic powder for the salt and added a little dried mustard to the sauce. Very tasty and didn't miss the salt. - 1/15/09

I used a very similar recipe last night. The difference was the addition of garlic (I used fresh, minced).

It was a major hit with me and my 3, picky-eater sons.

I served with brown rice, peas and a tossed salad.

We thought this was good! thought it was alittle strong with the thyme so maybe I used alittle too much? Will try less next time. I also had spinach I had to use up so I threw in some onions and spinach in the pan after the chicken was done and then removed it before making the glaze. Very good! - 12/20/12

I cooked this last night, but plan to have it for dinner tonight on a spinach salad. I skipped the salt and added a little garlic. This makes a great sauce for the chicken. - 2/11/10

I wanted a chicken recipe that was quick, different and tasty! This little gem fit the bill! I pounded the chiken first, then seared it to seal in the juices. After I made the sauce, I put the chicken back in the pan with the sauce for a few minutes--just to get friendly! - 8/13/09

Definitely a keeper! Added an extra splash of vinegar at the end to lessen the sweetness of the honey, and really seasoned up the chicken before browning. - 5/18/09
